Site address, contact details, even photos of the proposed sign location would be appreciated.
Following your email enquiry, we will reply with a quote and the production time turnaround within 24 hours.
Site surveys are conducted free of charge with no obligation to proceed any further with the order.
Once satisfied with the quote, we require a 50% deposit. Following receipt of your deposit an initial artwork proof will be provided. Proofs are unlimited - no work will ever be produced until given your final approval to do so.
Unlike other studios, we do not charge any extra for artwork. Unlimited artwork design proofs are provided prior to your final approval.
Artwork is digitally superimposed onto your actual building/window/wall or vehicle so what you preview on screen is what you will see when installed onto whichever project type is applicable.
Our work is generated mostly by recommendation. We want you to be delighted with each product Sign Design Sydney either supplies or installs. If not satisfied, we will replace free of charge.
Pride and passion goes into everything we produce, this industry can be very rewarding, made more so by the positive feedback our growing client base continues to provide us with.
Anything from a simple No Parking Sign to a new shop fit out can be supplied on the time promised. High quality signage materials are always used but offered at a very competitive price.
Our designer, production staff and installers are all industry trained professionals who have worked in the industry for numerous years and
live locally.
Quotes
All quotes hold firm for up to 30 days.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to commence work with the remainder due on completion.
Artwork proofs are provided following a deposit unless otherwise specified.
Artwork - If you can provide (both for printing and cutting)
Vinyl cut, art to be supplied if possible in a vector based format with all fonts and strokes outlined and saved as either a PDF or EPS (for vinyl cutting machinery)
Print, art to be supplied in either a high resolution PDF or JPEG format. (for printing)
Don't worry if unavailable to provide any artwork, we can reproduce providing we have a rough source image to work from.
Delivery & Installation
Installation is not included unless specified, agreed at the time of placing the order or as shown on the quotation. Delivery is included free of charge.
Turnaround / ETA
Typically within 5 to 10 working days from receiving the order, deposit and artwork approval. You will be advised on how soon your order is likely to be met in the quotation as each type of work varies greatly therefore we prefer to base turnaround time on each individual product.
Ownership of goods
All goods remain the property of Sign Design Sydney until paid in full.
Additional costs that may be incurred
Council Approval, Engineer Certificate, Traffic Control, Induction Training, Primary Wiring, is not included unless specified in the quotation.
Site Surveys
All site surveys are free of charge. You are under no obligation to place an order following a survey.
Payment Claims
All payment claims are made under the Building and Construction Industries Securities of Payment ACT 1999 No.46
Guarantee
All work produced comes with a 12 month (1 year) Guarantee. We only use premium products to produce our signage. Our suppliers also provide a manufacturer's warranty which can vary between 5 to 12 years depending on the properties of the material used. i.e. laminated cast vinyl will last longer than non-laminated monomeric vinyl.
Disputes
We mostly obtain work by 'word of mouth'. This is important to our growth, as such we will replace any sign or graphic produced if you (the customer) are not entirely satisfied. This does not include natural wear and tear over time due to weather exposure (4 years plus) or hail / wind / storm damage etc. Any replacement signage or graphics will be IDENTICAL to what was originally ordered. No size or design variance from the original specification will be produced.
Payment Details
Our preferred method of payment is via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
A 50% deposit is required to commence the order, with the remainder payment due on
day of completion of works or delivery.
